May to MPs: It is time to do what is right for UK

United Kingdom's Prime Minister Theresa May said on Sunday that it is "time to forget the games and do what is right for our country" in her appeal to MPs. Writing for the Sunday Express, May once again called on MPs to vote in favor of her Brexit deal on Tuesday.

May reiterated that the proposed agreement with the European Union "takes back control" of British borders and laws, as well as "ending the vast sums that we send to Brussels each year." It also gives the UK "an unprecedented economic relationship with our European neighbors," while giving it control of its trade policy, according to the prime minister. She also repeated her criticism of Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn, stating that he is "recklessly sowing the seeds of division in a bid to boost his own career" by calling for a general election.
