Trump: I'd like Fed not to be so aggressive

United States President Donald Trump took one more hit at the Federal Reserve by telling Fox News on Thursday that he would like the US central bank "not to be so aggressive." The president went on to say that the Fed is "getting a little bit too cute" and making a big mistake by further raising interest rates. Trump added that the recovery from the 2008 financial crisis was "the worst in the history of our country" and said that President Obama threw a lot of "zero, funny" money, while he is "paying interest at a high rate because of our Fed."

Turning to China, Trump claimed that the US helped to rebuild the country and enabled Chinese people to live "too well for too long." "It's over. They're not happy, they can't be happy about it," the president said. He added has his tariff policies have had a "big impact" in hurting the Chinese economy while hinting that he has "a lot more to do" to the country.
